The workspace for rent comes with a brand-new fit-out (including air conditioning and a complete ceiling system). The rent is all-inclusive, covering management fees, utilities for common areas, and commercial-grade broadband internet.

Tenants are required to pay a security deposit equivalent to two months' rent, plus one month's rent in advance.

A security deposit of HK$1,000 is required for electricity; electricity usage is charged at HK$1.8 per kWh.
