The workspace for rent comes with a brand-new fit-out (including air conditioning and a complete ceiling system). The rent is all-inclusive, covering management fees, utilities for common areas, and commercial-grade broadband internet.

Tenants are required to provide a two-month security deposit and one month’s rent in advance, with a minimum lease term of one year.
