The workspace for rent comes with a brand-new fit-out (including air conditioning and a complete ceiling system). The rent covers office management fees, utilities for common areas, and commercial-grade broadband internet.

Tenants are entitled to a 50% discount on web hosting services (Plan 68) from the designated IT service provider for the duration of the lease. A one-year lease agreement is required, along with a security deposit equivalent to two months' rent and an advance payment of one month's rent.

A security deposit of HK$1,000 is required for electricity; electricity usage is charged at HK$1.8 per kWh.
